Qualified enquiries, not impressions
Paid campaigns catch the buyers already looking for what you make. Researched outreach reaches the ones who are not looking yet. Both are measured on one number: cost per qualified enquiry.

Paying for leads that were never going to buy
Time-wasters and one-off jobs wanting it for next to nothing. Your team loses a day pricing work that was never going to land.
Replaced with enquiries checked before anyone quotesLeads bought from brokers and portals, then sold to your competitors as well. The price goes up every year.
Replaced with a channel you ownWord of mouth built the business. But you can’t turn it up when the diary goes quiet, and you only notice once it already has.
Replaced with enquiries you can turn upOne channel catches them looking. The other goes knocking
Paid traffic captures demand that already exists. Researched outreach creates demand that does not. Run together they produce a predictable flow of qualified conversations, and every one of them is tracked back to the pound that produced it.
- Google Search for buyers actively looking
- Meta for the buyers who are not searching yet
- Email outreach, researched one company at a time
- LinkedIn, for the professional credibility email does not carry
- Retargeting so the ones who did not enquire still see you
- A landing page that qualifies before your team gets involved
The objections, and what we actually do
“We tried ads and they didn’t work in our industry.”
Look at what actually ran. Usually a generic message written for nobody in particular, landing on a page that gave a buyer no reason to call. And no sales system behind it to catch the few who did.
Written for your buyer, with a system behind it.
Everflow was paying brokers £60 a lead. We rebuilt the message around their buyers and put a qualifying journey behind it. Lead cost fell to £15, and they’ve run 100 leads a month for 18 months.
“Our market’s far too niche for advertising.”
Most people picture a billboard: pay to reach everyone and hope your twelve buyers walk past. Online ads stopped working like that years ago.
Niche is where targeting earns its money.
Google only shows you to people typing exactly what you make. Meta targets by job title and company size, or by lookalikes of your own customer list, and outreach can reach every firm on a named list. Rangeking sell automation to golf ranges and took 200+ leads in a year.
“My sales team will say the leads are rubbish.”
Because last time every form fill got called a lead, and they spent their week ringing tyre-kickers with no budget.
Qualified before your team ever sees it.
You set the bar in week one: budget, authority, need and timing. It’s built into the page and the scoring. Anything that misses it goes into automatic follow-up, and your team only speaks to buyers who clear it.
“We don’t want our name on spam.”
You delete twenty of those a week, and you can spot a template from the first line.
One company at a time, or it doesn’t go.
Every message is written about the specific business it’s going to, and you approve the messaging before anything sends. It goes out from separate warmed domains, so your main email is never touched. The sequence stops the second someone replies.
How it works
-
01
The audit
Before anything is built we map where enquiries come from now, what they cost, and what happens to them.
-
02
Message and offer
The reason a buyer should call you rather than the firm down the road, written properly and tested.
-
03
Campaign build
Accounts structured in your name, creative produced, conversion tracking and pixels wired to the CRM.
-
04
Outreach infrastructure
Domains, warm-up and sending rotation set up properly so mail lands, plus the research layer behind personalisation.
-
05
Qualifying journey
The page and form that filter before your sales team is involved, wired into the follow-up system.
-
06
Tune to one number
Everything optimised against cost per qualified enquiry. Not clicks, not impressions, not reach.

The questions you’re actually asking
Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, straight to Google and Meta on your own card. It never passes through us, so there’s no markup and you can see every pound. Before you commit, the audit tells you the minimum spend that makes sense for your market, and why.
Do we own the ad accounts?
Yes. Every account is set up in your name from day one, with us added as users. The domains and data are yours too, along with every piece of creative. If we ever part ways, you remove our access and everything keeps running.
How quickly do enquiries start?
Paid campaigns usually bring in enquiries in the first week they’re live. Outreach is slower on purpose. New sending domains need a few weeks of warm-up before they can send properly, so expect it to build over the first month.
How will we know what’s working?
Every enquiry is tagged to the ad or email that started it, and the tag stays on it right through to the signed order. So you see cost per won job by source, on one screen. Clicks and impressions are only used to tune the campaigns.
