The questions you’re actually asking

Scope, speed, risk, and what we will not do. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

Every lead we’ve ever paid for has been a tyre-kicker. Why would yours be any different?

Because a lead doesn’t reach your team until it’s been checked against your criteria. Budget, timescale, job size, location: we agree those with you in week one and build them into the ads and the scoring. Anything that misses gets a polite reply and never takes up your team’s time. Everflow’s cost per lead went from £60 to £15, and they’ve had 100 a month for 18 months straight.

We’ve been burned by agencies before. They just take your money.

Most agencies get paid the same whether you win work or not, so nothing pulls them towards your order book. Part of our fee is a small share of the revenue the system brings in, traced in your CRM from the first enquiry to the signed order. If it doesn’t make you money, we earn less. And the first call costs nothing. You leave with a one-page report of where your enquiries and quotes are leaking, whether we work together or not.

Can you guarantee results? I’m not getting tied into another contract that goes nowhere.

You won’t be. The contract rolls monthly, so you stay because it’s working and for no other reason. Nobody honest can guarantee your orders, because we don’t sit on your sales calls. So we share the risk instead: part of our fee is tied to the revenue the system brings in, and you get the full scope and cost in writing before you commit to a build. Everything sits in your name, so if we ever part ways the system keeps running.

Our industry’s different. Online ads just bring in time-wasters.

That’s what happens when ads are bought on broad terms and nobody screens what comes back. We target the searches and audiences your real buyers use, and write the ads so the wrong people can see straight away they aren’t for them. Then every enquiry is qualified before your team spends a minute on it. AMS Robotics sell industrial robotics on a sales cycle measured in months. The same system has brought them 1,500+ leads and £2M in closed deals traced to source.

All our work comes from word of mouth. Why change what works?

Keep it. Word of mouth built the business, and nothing we build touches it. The trouble is you can’t turn it up when the order book goes quiet. Everflow used to rent every lead from brokers. Now they run their own channels and set the volume themselves, and they’ve had 100 leads a month for 18 months.

Wouldn’t I be better off hiring one good salesperson?

A good salesperson is worth having. The question is what you’d hand them: enquiries nobody’s screened and quotes nobody’s chased. We build the part around your salespeople. Enquiries arrive qualified, and quotes get chased without anyone having to remember to. Your team gets trained on it and nobody’s replaced. They just spend their day on buyers who are ready to talk.

AI chatbots are dreadful. I don’t want one anywhere near my customers.

Then it won’t go near them until you say so. Nothing goes out in your name without the approval steps you set, and the AI never pretends to be a person. Most of its work happens where customers never see it: scoring an enquiry, drafting the chase, researching a company before your salesperson rings, logging the call. It’s why a Friday-night enquiry gets a Friday-night reply, in your tone of voice.

What does it cost, and is there a minimum?

It depends on what needs building, so we won’t throw out a number before we’ve seen your set-up. The first call’s free. The 10-hour audit after it gives you the full scope and cost in writing before you commit to anything. The contract rolls monthly after that. The minimum is roughly £2M a year in turnover and a sales process that already closes. Below that the maths rarely works, and we’d rather tell you on the call.

Our CRM’s a mess. Nobody uses it.

Then that’s where we start. Cleaning the data is part of the build, so you don’t have to sort it out first. If your platform genuinely can’t carry the system, the audit says so and prices a move separately, so it’s a decision you make with the numbers in front of you. After that, nobody has to remember to check it. The chasing happens on its own.

What if my sales team don’t follow the leads up?

They won’t have to remember to. The first reply and every chase after a quote run automatically, and a lead only lands with a salesperson once it’s ready for a conversation. You see every enquiry and where it’s up to on one screen. If something’s stalled, you’ll know which one and who has it.

How is the revenue share measured?

Every enquiry the system produces is tagged to its source in your CRM, and the tag follows it all the way to the signed order. We agree the starting point before the build and reconcile against closed deals every month. You see the same numbers we do. Your existing revenue, including referrals and repeat business, is excluded.

Who actually works on our account? I’m not paying for the office junior.

Your first call is with a director. After that you get a small team you’ll know by name within a fortnight: an account manager who runs the audit and stays on the account, a systems lead who builds the CRM, a media buyer, a copywriter and a graphic designer.

How much of our time will this take?

A kickoff and access to your numbers for the audit, plus an hour or so with the people who handle your enquiries. Once it’s built, it’s about an hour a fortnight. The whole point is that it runs without you in it.

What if it isn’t working? Are we tied in?

No. The contract rolls monthly, so you can walk away whenever it stops earning its keep. You keep everything when you do. Ad accounts, CRM, domains, data and creative are built in your name from day one, so the system carries on after we’ve gone.

How quickly will we see anything?

The build usually takes about 30 days. Enquiries start the day the campaigns switch on, and the follow-up gets to work on the leads and open quotes you already have straight away. CGS Direct closed £14k of new business in the first week, from customers already sitting in their database.

Our sales cycle runs for months. Does that break it?

It’s what the system’s built for. AMS Robotics sell industrial robotics nobody buys on impulse, on a cycle measured in months. We mapped how their buyers actually decide and set the follow-up to match that pace. Two years in, they’ve had 1,500+ leads and £2M in closed deals traced to source.

My team spends hours quoting work that goes nowhere.

Then the fix starts before an enquiry reaches them. The questions your team would ask (budget, timescale, job size and location) get asked up front, on the form and in the first reply. Anything that doesn’t fit gets a polite answer and stays off their desk. They quote the work worth quoting.

Our buyers don’t click on ads.

They search, though. A buyer looking for a supplier types exactly what they need into Google, and LinkedIn and Meta can reach decision-makers by job title and industry. Flexipol didn’t think online could work for food packaging. Google Ads and a new website took their enquiries up 60% in three months.

Do we have to change our CRM?

Only if it genuinely can’t carry the system, and the audit tells you that before you spend anything. We build on HubSpot, GoHighLevel or what you already have. What changes is what it does. Every enquiry is tagged to its source and chased automatically, where before there was a contact list nobody opened.

How do you prove a sale six months later came from you?

Every enquiry is tagged to its source the moment it lands, and that tag stays on the record through the quote to the signed order. Six months later the order carries the same tag. You see it in your own CRM, so you’re never taking our word for it.

What does it cost?

It depends on what needs building. The first call’s free, and the 10-hour audit that follows gives you the full scope and cost in writing before you commit. Part of our fee is a small share of the revenue the system brings in, so we only do well when you do. Your ad spend goes straight to Google and Meta, with no markup. The contract rolls monthly, with no long tie-in.

Most of our work comes from referrals. Why would we change anything?

You wouldn’t change a thing about the referrals. They’re your best clients and nothing we build touches them. What they can’t do is arrive on schedule. Explode Social Media ran on referrals alone. An outreach engine and a HubSpot CRM paid for themselves within 60 days.

We tried paid ads. They didn’t work in our industry.

When ads fail for a service firm, the platform is rarely the reason. Most of the time the message was generic and nobody followed up the enquiries that did come in. We fix the message and the follow-up before a pound more goes on spend. Everflow’s cost per lead dropped from £60 to £15.

Who does the chasing, us or you?

The system does. The first reply and every chase after a quote run automatically, in your tone of voice, with the approval steps you set. Your team picks up the conversation once someone’s ready to talk. Nobody has to remember anything.

Our clients buy on trust. Won’t automation feel cold?

Only if it reads like a robot. Every message is written in your voice and goes through your approval before it’s ever sent. Older clients can smell a script a mile off, so the follow-ups read like a note from someone in your office. The AI never pretends to be a person.

How do we know what a new client actually costs us to win?

You’ll see it on one screen. Every enquiry is tagged to its source, so spend, enquiries, quotes and won work line up by channel. For the first time you’ll know which pound brought in which client, and which channel to turn up.
