The pain
Equisettle sell to SMEs, and like most firms at that stage, the pipeline was feast and famine — busy months from a burst of activity, quiet months when delivery took over. Forecasting was guesswork because enquiry flow was.
The problem underneath
There was no acquisition machine, and nothing to catch what one would produce: no CRM discipline, no qualification step, no follow-up that ran without being remembered. Cold traffic without a backend just produces expensive noise, so the two had to be built together.
What we built
The whole loop, front to back.
- Cold traffic campaigns targeted at their SME buyer
- A new GoHighLevel CRM built from scratch
- Qualification criteria applied before a salesperson is involved
- Automated response, routing and follow-up on every enquiry
How we did it
The CRM and qualification journey were live before the first campaign spent a pound, so every click had somewhere structured to land. Campaigns were then tuned to one number — cost per qualified enquiry — with the unqualified filtered into nurture instead of the sales team’s day.
The results
An average of 15 qualified enquiries a month, month after month — a number the business can hire, forecast and plan against.
The outcome
Equisettle’s pipeline stopped being weather. A predictable count of qualified conversations arrives each month, every one tracked from first click to outcome in a CRM the firm owns.
