The pain
Experiencegift had a proven consumer product and a corporate opportunity it could not reach. Companies buy experience gifts in volume — employee rewards, client gifts, incentives — but those buyers do not arrive through a consumer storefront, and waiting for them was producing a trickle.
The problem underneath
Corporate gifting is a considered, seasonal, multi-seat purchase with a completely different buyer: HR, office management, marketing. Reaching them takes a deliberate acquisition motion and follow-up that survives a procurement cycle. None of that machinery existed on the consumer side of the business.
What we built
A B2B acquisition engine alongside the consumer brand.
- Campaigns built for the corporate gifting buyer, not the consumer one
- Landing journeys that qualify company size, volume and occasion
- Follow-up sequences timed to corporate buying and gifting seasons
- Every enquiry tagged and tracked through to closed-won revenue
How we did it
We treated the corporate arm as its own business: its own message, its own journey, its own follow-up cadence. The consumer brand supplied the credibility; the system supplied the pipeline. Enquiries were qualified on volume and occasion before sales time was spent, and chased through the quiet weeks a corporate decision always contains.
The results
€100,000 of closed-won corporate revenue in the first 90 days, tracked from first touch to signed order.
The outcome
The corporate arm is no longer an aspiration bolted onto a consumer site — it is a measured channel with its own pipeline, its own numbers, and room to grow into every gifting season ahead.
