The pain
Flexipol make excellent packaging and sell it the way manufacturers have always sold: relationships, repeat business, reps. The order book was healthy but the pipeline was passive — new customers arrived when they arrived, and the directors did not believe online could be a serious channel for products like theirs.
The problem underneath
Their buyers were searching every day. Food producers with a packaging problem — a supplier issue, an audit, a new product line — go straight to a search bar, and Flexipol was invisible when they did. The website that did exist was a brochure: nothing to capture an enquiry, nothing to qualify it, nothing wired to follow it up.
The demand was real and already there. It was simply being caught by whoever turned up in the results instead.
What we built
Demand capture at the front, a site built to convert it behind.
- Google Ads on the terms food producers actually type when packaging becomes a problem
- A full website build-out — structured, fast, and built to start conversations rather than look like a brochure
- Enquiry journeys wired so nothing lands in an unwatched inbox
- The backend selling system, currently in build, to chase every quote the new demand produces
How we did it
Search demand research first: what Flexipol’s buyers search, in what volume, with what intent behind it. The campaigns were built against those terms while the new site was designed around them, so a buyer landing from an ad met a page that answered the exact question they had typed.
The two launched together, with every enquiry tagged to the term and campaign that produced it.
The results
Site traffic is up 100% month on month. Enquiries rose 60% in the first three months. More quotes are going out than the business has ever sent, and more deals are being won off the back of them — from a channel the directors did not think was viable.
The outcome
Flexipol now owns a demand channel that runs alongside the rep-and-referral engine instead of replacing it. The next phase — the backend selling system — is in build, so that every quote the new volume produces is chased to a yes or a no automatically.
