This page sets out how Proverse FZ-LLC, of Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, approaches its obligations under UK and EU data protection law when working with clients and contacts in those regions.
For data about our own contacts and site visitors we act as a controller; when we process customer data inside a client’s email and SMS accounts, we act as a processor on that client’s instructions.
Client engagements are covered by data processing terms that set out the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, and the obligations owed on each side.
We use a small number of trusted sub-processors to deliver our services, such as the email platforms and IT providers that run our stack, and maintain a current list available on request. We notify clients of material changes to this list.
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We respond to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability requests within the statutory timescales, and pass on requests that belong with a client controller without undue delay.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege account practices.
